Crafters

We are no longer accepting applications for crafters. If you would like to be on the waiting list for this year's Festival or on the mailing list for next year's Festival, please email crafters-at-midlothianfestival-dot-net.

The festival will be held, rain or shine, from 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday, October 20, 2007 at Midlothian Middle School.
Booth spaces are 10 x 10 feet.
All crafters must supply their own tables and chairs, and canopies (if desired).
Electricity will only be available in a few areas. You will need to supply your own extension cords.
All booths and activities will be located outdoors in front of the school building.

Booth assignments and Festival Day instructions for arrival and set up were emailed to all participants on October 5, 2007. You can also download the information here.

We are also seeking donations for our silent auction table. Any items you would be willing to donate would be appreciated. Last year, the proceeds of the silent auction went toward the Mylicia Markham Leadership Scholarship, offered to area high school senior girls each spring. Last year, we were able to award scholarships totalling over $2000!

The Midlothian Junior Woman’s Club is a non-profit organization and proceeds from the Festival are donated to local charities.
